Sew What Did We Wear On Vacation: June 2017

Welcome to a new installment I like to call ‘Sew What Did We Wear On Vacation’. It’s pretty self explanatory: I’m going to talk about how awesome my Me Made clothes were on vacation.

We’ve had a pass to the Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga for a year now but prior to this trip we had only ever visited as a day trip. This time we wanted to explore more of what the city has to offer and booked one night at The Chattanoogan Hotel.

On our first day we drove into town and headed straight for the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum. It was a little hot so this cute little Oliver & S Ruffled Halter (free pattern alert!) was perfect.

We headed downtown for lunch and an afternoon at the aquarium. The shell print on my new Lily Blouse* (blogged here) was quite fitting!

We spent the entire second day exploring all of the wonderful things that The Creative Discovery Museum (discount with an aquarium membership or same day aquarium ticket) has to offer. We were too busy having fun to take a lot of pictures but I wore an Eleni top* (blogged here) and my little sweet pea wore her pleated top.

Not pictured: Classic Panties* for my tiny little girl

All in all, two fun-filled days out of town was the perfect length for our vacation. The three year old still needs a nap most days so I doubt a third day would have gone as smoothly as the first two.
